Governance

• Board of Trustees: Charged with the responsibilities of fiscal oversight and policy setting, the Winnefox Library System Board of Trustees consists of twenty-three member representatives appointed by the County Boards of Supervisors from the five counties within the library system area.
• Administration: Considered the Executive Officer of the Board of Trustees, the System Director has sole charge of the administration of the system under the direction and review of the board.

Funding

Winnefox receives funding from the State of Wisconsin, through the Department of Public Instruction, from member libraries, and from member counties.
