The Winnefox Library System will pay the telephone charges for long distance calls for library-related business to the system office and to the Oshkosh Public Library from member libraries with annual budgets of $40,000 or less. Telephone calls to facilitate communication between system and members concerning system services, ILL and reference referral, and advisory and consulting services are acceptable. In addition, all WLS memos or correspondence carry a statement such as "If you have any questions regarding this information, please feel free to call the Winnefox office collect."
