In order to be in compliance with Wisconsin State Statutes and to encourage effective local library service, the Winnefox Library System requires that each member library of the system present evidence that it is legally organized in accordance with Chapter 43 of the Wisconsin State Statutes by January 1, 1984. Libraries not legally constituted shall not participate in system services.
