DEPOSITORY RESOLUTION

March 29, 2006

 

 

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees of the Winnefox Library System authorizes financial institutions that are qualified as public depositories in the state of Wisconsin, to be designated as depositories in which the funds of Winnefox Library System may from time to time be deposited.

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the following positions are authorized to deposit and withdraw funds as necessary.  When withdrawing funds, two signatures are to be required:

           

Director

            Assistant Director

            Business Manager
