RE:                                        Executive Committee Appointments

 

Bonita Dresen’s election to the position of Vice-President of the Board has created an opening for a member-at-large on the Winnefox Executive Committee.

 

Since the by-laws provide that the President makes these appointments, I have chosen to appoint Judith Malueg to the Executive Committee after consultation with the System Director.  This appointment maintains the geographic distribution we try to achieve for the Executive Committee.

Members-at-large:

Jo Dell'Antonia (Oshkosh – Resource Library) – continuing appointee

Vern Hess (Waushara County) – continuing appointee

Judith Malueg (Winnebago County) – new appointee
