MINUTES OF THE CLOSED SESSION OF THE
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR SEARCH & SCREEN COMMITTEE
Tuesday, October 11, 2005
A motion was made by Judy Malueg and seconded by Jo Dell’Antonia to go into Closed Session to review and discuss the applications for the position of Executive Director; the interview questions; and conduct a sample interview pursuant to section 19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin State Statutes. The motion carried unanimously.
The Closed Session of the Executive Director Search and Screen Committee Meeting of the Library Board of the Oshkosh Public Library, October 11, 2005, was called to order at 3:22 p.m. by Tom Willadsen. The meeting was held in the Staff Training Room at the Oshkosh Public Library. Present were: John Brennan; Jo Dell’Antonia; Bonnie Dresen; Judy Malueg; Mary Olson; Lewis Rosser; and Tom Willadsen. Vern Hess; Don Stolley; and John Vette were absent from the meeting. Others present were: John Nichols, Director, Oshkosh Public Library and Winnefox Library System; Mark Arend, Interim Assistant Director, Winnefox Library System; Joan Mueller, Assistant Director, Oshkosh Public Library; and Julie Schmude, Administrative Services Coordinator.
The Committee conducted a mock interview. No motions were made and no votes were taken.
A motion was made by Malueg and seconded by Dell’Antonia to adjourn. The motion carried unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
