SUBJECT: 2005 Calendar of Board Meetings - Proposed

The Oshkosh Public Library Board meetings have been made to fall on the last Thursday of the month (which is not always the fourth Thursday) in accordance with our By-Laws. This will both accommodate Trustee scheduling conflicts and the timeliness with which we receive financial information.

The Winnefox Library System Board meetings have been generally scheduled for the last Wednesday of every other month. The Board agreed to try changing starting times from 4:00 to 4:30 in 2004 and unless there is interest in changing back to 4:00 PM, we will continue at 4:30 for 2005.

Exceptions have been made in November and December to avoid holiday or conference conflicts.
