RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES

January 29, 2003

WHEREAS, John Bermingham has served on the Winnefox Library System Board of Trustees since August, 1981, with unswerving support and dedication; and

WHEREAS, he capably carried out the duties of Vice-President from January, 1986 through December, 1987; President from January 1988 through December 1989; and as a member of the Executive Committee; and

WHEREAS, his enthusiasm, valuable contributions and interested participation have assisted in the development of library services for member libraries and for residents of the system;

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that we, the Winnefox Library System Board of Trustees extend our sincere appreciation for his contributions to the board and his continuing interest in public libraries; and, we offer congratulations on his fine record of public service.

WHEREAS, he capably carried out the duties of an Executive Committee Member from 2001 through 2002; and

WHEREAS, his enthusiasm, valuable contributions and interested participation have assisted in the development of library services for member libraries and for residents of the system;

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that we, the Winnefox Library System Board of Trustees, extend our sincere appreciation for his contributions to the board and his continuing interest in public libraries; and we offer congratulations on his fine record of public service.
