Evolving community needs and technology requires library staff at all levels to be continually updating their skills in order to provide the best service possible.

Winnefox Library System provides a variety educational opportunities to staff of member libraries. Workshops are open to staff from other library systems and school media centers as well. Workshop topics from the 2002 schedule include:
