The Winnefox online catalog displays the circulation status of over 475,000 bibliographic records and nearly a million item records.

In 2003 over 111,500 requested items were successfully provided to patrons by Winnefox member libraries through intralibrary loan.

Registered library cardholders can place their own reserves through the catalog from any Internet-connected personal computer. Individuals with email addresses can receive item availability & overdue notices electronically which saves libraries hundreds of dollars on postage each year. By logging into the "Your Account" area, registered cardholders can see the list of items they currently have checked out, find the status of titles currently on reserve, see if any fines are due, and renew items that they have checked out.
